Shipping & returns

Shipping

• Free shipping on orders of $50 or more. Orders under that ship for $5.95 flat.
• Orders ship within 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Friday) from Florida, by USPS or UPS, and arrive 3 to 5 business days after they ship.
• We ship to the United States. You get a tracking number by email the moment the label is printed.

Returns

• 30 days to return anything, counted from the day it arrives, for a full refund to the original payment method.
• Returns are free. Email us and we send a prepaid return label. No restocking fee.
• Items need to be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging. Pacifiers and other items that touch baby's mouth can only be returned sealed, for hygiene.
• Refunds are issued within 5 business days of the return arriving, and your bank usually shows it within another 3 to 5 days.

Exchanges

• Size and colorway exchanges are free within the same 30 days, subject to stock. Email us and we ship the swap as soon as the original is on its way back.

Damaged or wrong item

• If something arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, email a photo within 7 days and we replace it or refund it, your choice, with no return needed.

How to start a return or exchange

1. Email hello@nestlingbaby.com with your order number and what you'd like to return or swap.
2. We reply within one business day with a prepaid label.
3. Drop the package off, and we take it from there.
